Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping charge applies at checkout.
COD is available pan India for orders above ₹499. A nominal COD handling fee may apply for orders below ₹499.
We handcraft and quality-check every piece before it leaves our workshop. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation.
Our business days are Monday to Saturday. Sunday and national public holidays are non-working days.
For bulk or custom orders (25+ pieces), processing time may extend to 5–7 business days. We will keep you informed at every step.
Domestic (Pan India): 5–7 business days after dispatch
Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
Remote and hilly areas: 7–10 business days

Each Sai Creations product is carefully packed using bubble wrap and craft packaging to ensure safe delivery. Fragile items receive additional protective padding. We take full responsibility for the condition of your order when it leaves our facility.
Currently, we primarily ship within India. For international orders or export enquiries, please contact us directly at info@cmsexports.com or visit www.cmsexports.com. Our export team will provide you with a custom quote and timeline.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order. We will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
- In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the courier partner will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the package may be returned to our facility.
- If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery, reshipping charges will apply.
